Every piece in the Impact Shop is made especially for you the moment you order it. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves. This helps us reduce waste and ensures each purchase directly supports families in our community.

For that reason, our return policy is a little different from traditional retail stores.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 4 hours of purchase.

After this window, your item is already in production, and we’re unable to stop or edit it.

Include your order number in the subject line.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or size exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering multiple sizes

  • Preference of fit or color

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot restock or resell returned products.

Please carefully review size charts before ordering — they are specific to each product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email 📧 contact@judejojosphotography.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photo of the product

  3. Photo of the packaging label

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

(We work directly with our printing partner to resolve these — no need to return the item unless requested.)

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors/household members

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan)

If still missing, email us, and we’ll help file a claim.

Shipping Times

All items are made to order.
Typical timeline:

Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 3–8 business days (U.S.)

During launches or awareness months, production times may increase.

We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates once shipped.
