A Crew member is part of the heart and soul behind what we do. Families and individuals within the special needs and disability community who inspire awareness, advocacy, and inclusion through their personal stories.

Crew members are featured across our blog, website, and social platforms, allowing their stories to shine and help others feel seen and represented. Each feature is a collaboration, blending authentic storytelling with photography that captures the beauty, strength, and individuality of every person we work with.

Our Crew is about joining a movement that celebrates differences, builds community, and amplifies voices that deserve to be heard.

How do I become a Crew member?

Becoming a Crew Member begins the moment you book a Special Needs + Disability session with us. Within your booking questionnaire, you’ll find an option to express your interest in being featured as part of our Crew.

Where is your studio located?

Our studio is located in Downtown Woodstock, GA. It’s fully handicap accessible and designed as a low-sensory environment, with natural lighting and safe open space to make sessions comfortable for all clients.

Do you use a backdrop?

Yes. We typically use a white backdrop in studio, which helps keep the focus on the subject while creating a calm, low-sensory setting. We also offer alternative setups for a cozier or more styled look if you prefer.

Do you travel?

Yes! We provide on-site sessions for clients, families, and therapy centers. We also travel for events, hospital sessions, and community outreach across Georgia.

Can we include family or siblings?

Absolutely. We have the option to set aside the last 15 minutes of your session specifically for family and sibling photos so you’ll have those meaningful moments captured together.

How many images will I receive?

You’ll receive a full edited gallery, typically between 10–20 images depending on your session. If it’s beautiful and tells your story, we’ll include it—no strict caps.

What is the turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time varies per session type. This may also vary slightly depending on the size of your project and the number of people being photographed. We always strive to deliver your gallery as quickly as possible while ensuring every image receives the care and attention it deserves.
